Laguna Villas consists of 8 lofts, all located off of Norfolk Ave and 9th St. These multi-story homes are designed for functionality, despite their compact size. Each loft features 2 to 3 bedrooms, with the 2-bedroom homes featuring a third floor reserved for an expansive master suite. The 10 ft ceilings on the third floor and 7 ft windows throughout the whole house flood the space with natural light, creating an open and airy atmosphere.
