The Bay Island is a duplex-style townhome unit containing 3 stories, 3 bedrooms and nearly 2000 square feet of livable space. The Bay Island was designed with flexible beach-living in mind- with a mudroom and hall-accessible bathroom right off the garage to minimize the mess that the outdoors bring inside. The two upper floors provide lots of living space, large bedrooms and tons of natural light as windows brighten up the home for an airy, coastal feel.
