Coming Soon - Willow Winds Community!

This December, Bishard Homes will begin breaking ground in a new community. Willow Winds is our newest single family home project. It’s going to be nestled in on Baker Road, in between Newtown and Witchduck. We consider this area the perfect location with access to the interstate within a few miles & Sentara Leigh Hospital just around the corner.

We’re breaking ground with these homes beginning in December. We plan to have the houses nearly built and ready to be moved in by April or May of 2019. This community will feature pergolas, benches, and adjacency to a park that is in the process of being developed. 

These homes will be in the price range between $249,900 and $299,900. We will be featuring three different models for the homes in Willow Winds. These 3-4 bedroom homes will feature cottage-inspired designs with open plans and many options to customize. New home buyers love the special standard features that Bishard Homes offers, such as recessed lighting and a vented gas fireplace with custom wood mantles. The nine-foot ceilings on the first floor give that open feeling guests love when you welcome them inside your new home.
