Community Spotlight: Bayville at Lake Joyce

 There has been a lot of exciting action on Shore Drive in Virginia Beach over the past few months and we like to think our newest neighborhood, Bayville at Lake Joyce, has played a big part in that! 

This neighborhood sits right on Lake Joyce and will allow its residents to take full advantage of the water lifestyle. There are multiple lots that sit on the lake, but there is also a park for the neighborhood that looks out at the above breathtaking view.

This neighborhood stands where Baylake Pines School once operated. Part of the neighborhood is dedicated to the memory of this school with the below statue.

The stepping stones also have names of families, students, and teachers to keep the school spirit alive!
